The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is pleased to announce that Targeting Cancer, an initiative of the Faculty of Radiation Oncology, has launched its new website.
The website aims to increase awareness of radiation therapy as an effective and safe treatment for people with cancer, through quality patient information and resources. It offers personal patient stories, information videos, FAQs as well as accessible resources outlining the treatment process.
The revamped website also provides health professionals, in particular GPs, with education and patient support resources about radiation therapy in cancer care.
