Flexible working and additional leave
  • Hybrid working environment, (2 days in the office and 3 days from home)
  • 12 RDOs per calendar year
  • Additional Paid Parental leave (13 weeks paid by the College after 12 months service)
  • Additional Days off over the College closedown period (2 additional paid college days).
