All trainees who were enrolled in the training program prior to 2022 have been transitioned to a phase of training in the Radiation Oncology Training Program. Transition information and scenarios have been developed that aim to minimise disruption and disadvantage for trainees.

As the deadline to submit Dark Period (1 October 2021 - 6 February 2022) and TASS documentation was 1 February 2022 the College is no longer reflecting this progress in the ePortfolio from 1 November 2022.
For assessments completed before February 2022 but not updated in the ePortfolio, trainees must submit the following items with their ePortfolio phase progression/completion of training application for review by the NGC:

A series of webinars has been developed to inform trainees, Directors of Training, and Networks about the key changes to the Radiation Oncology Training Program.
Each of the webinars feature clinicians that have been involved in the development of the various components of the 2022 Training Program. The webinar series provides an overview of the 2022 Training Program including learning outcomes, transition arrangements, work-based assessments, and the e-Portfolio system.
