Resetting your password There are now two ways to reset your password:If you are not already logged in:Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCROn the MyRANZCR sign in page, there is a link called "Forgot Your Password". Click on that linkFollow the prompts to reset your passwordIf you are already logged in:Click on “My Account”Click on “Change Password” in the left hand navigation menuFollow the prompts to change your password. Accessing the Learning Portal (ePortfolio) Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign InOn the Home page of MyRANZCR click "RANZCR ePortfolio" You will be directed to the ePortfolio, and will not need to sign in again. My Invoices Paying your invoices, applying a discount and making a donation Step 1: Accessing Your InvoicesLog in to your member portal and navigate to the "My Invoices" section. From there, you can view all unpaid invoices and credit notes. Simply click the "Pay Invoice" button next to the invoice you wish to settle. If you have credit notes available, we encourage you to apply them to offset your balance. Once selected, proceed by clicking the "Pay selected Invoice(s)" button. Step 2: Payment SummaryUpon clicking the "Pay Invoice" button, you will be directed to the Payment Summary page. Here, you have the option to make donations and apply eligible discount codes for annual membership subscription fees. If any discount code is entered, you must click the “Apply” button. The total payable amount will be automatically calculated for your convenience. If satisfied, proceed by clicking "Proceed to Payment." Step 3: Secure PaymentOn the Payment Summary page, you will find a secure form to input your card details, accepting various card types including Credit, Debit, and AMEX. For added convenience you can opt to pay by Google Pay or Apple Pay. If using Google Pay you will first need to make sure you have linked a valid bank card to your google account. Additionally, for Apply Pay you will first need to make sure you have added a valid bank card to the Wallet app.Please kindly note that the country displayed in the screenshot corresponds to the country where the bank card was issued. Step 4: Payment ConfirmationUpon successful payment completion, you will have access to download your tax invoice and receipt from the "Paid Invoice" section. Should you encounter any difficulties during the online payment process, our team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. is readily available to assist and provide alternative arrangements. Please provide your member ID and preferred contact details.Due to privacy and security reasons, we are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone. Downloading your invoices Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign InOnce you're signed in, click on the Tax Invoices and Tax Receipts button on the Home pageYou will now be taken to the My Invoices page. The default view is to display the unpaid invoicesYou can view all your invoices (paid and unpaid) by clicking the Unpaid Invoices button, and then select All Invoices from the drop down menuYou can download an invoice as a PDF file and save it into your own computer. To do this, click the orange Download button to the right of the invoice line itemFollow the prompts to save/view the invoice/tax receipt on your computer (this will depend on the browser and device you use). Enter your email and password then click Sign In.Once you are signed in, click on the My Account button at the top right of the page or the Access My Profile button on the Home page to take you to the Profile page.This will take you to the My Profile page. You can self-update your information on this page.To ensure that your updates are saved, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
