Resetting your password There are now two ways to reset your password:If you are not already logged in:Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCROn the MyRANZCR sign in page, there is a link called "Forgot Your Password". Click on that linkFollow the prompts to reset your passwordIf you are already logged in:Click on “My Account”Click on “Change Password” in the left hand navigation menuFollow the prompts to change your password. Accessing the Learning Portal (ePortfolio) Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign InOn the Home page of MyRANZCR click "RANZCR ePortfolio" You will be directed to the ePortfolio, and will not need to sign in again. My Invoices Paying your invoices and making a donation Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign InOnce you're signed in, click on the Tax Invoices and Tax Receipts button on the Home pageYou will now be taken to the My Invoices page. The default view is to display the unpaid invoicesYou can view all your invoices (paid and unpaid) by clicking the Unpaid Invoices button, and then select All Invoices from the drop down menuTo pay an invoice, click on the invoice line item. Your selection will now be marked with a tick and the orange Download button is replaced with a Selected For Payment buttonClick on the green button which should now say Pay Selected $XXXX You will now be taken to the Make a Payment page where you will be presented with a Purchase Summary, and the Make a Donation option. If you do not wish to make a donation, skip the next step and proceed to Step 9If you wish to make a donation:Click the green Add Donations buttonOn the Add Donation window, select the type of donation by clicking the drop down menuEnter an amount and then click the Submit buttonRepeat the above if you wish to make donations to both types of donationsThe total amounts under Purchase Summary will be updated with the donation amountReview the details in the Purchase Summary and then click the green Next button at the bottom of the pageYou will be presented with the second Purchase Summary page. Click Next to continueYou will now be taken to the PayPal page where you can choose to either:Pay with PayPal (if you have an existing account). Enter your email address and password and then click Log In. Follow the prompts to complete your paymentPay with Credit/Debit Card. After clicking on the Pay With Credit or Debit Card button, you will be taken to another page where you can enter your card details and billing address. Follow the prompts to complete your paymentOnce you have completed payment, you will be redirected back to the MY RANZCR page and be presented with a confirmation messageIf you wish to download a Tax Receipt, go back to the My Invoices page and then change the view to show All InvoicesClick the Download button for the paid invoice to download the Tax Receipt for that invoiceFollow the prompts to save/view the tax receipt on your computer (this will depend on the browser and device you use). Downloading your invoices Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign InOnce you're signed in, click on the Tax Invoices and Tax Receipts button on the Home pageYou will now be taken to the My Invoices page. The default view is to display the unpaid invoicesYou can view all your invoices (paid and unpaid) by clicking the Unpaid Invoices button, and then select All Invoices from the drop down menuYou can download an invoice as a PDF file and save it into your own computer. To do this, click the orange Download button to the right of the invoice line itemFollow the prompts to save/view the invoice/tax receipt on your computer (this will depend on the browser and device you use). Applying a discount code Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button Once you're signed in, click on the Tax Invoices and Tax Receipts button on the Home page. You will now be taken to the My Invoices page Select the invoice to pay and click Pay Selected Invoice On the Make a Payment screen enter the discount code in the appropriate field and click Apply. The discount will be applied for the eligible membership types Click Next and proceed to payment. My Profile Updating your personal details With MyRANZCR, you can access and self-update your profile information online, including:Your general personal informationYour home addressYour work addressContact preferencesThe College activities you are interested inThe clinical radiology/radiation oncology areas you practise inYour areas of interestYour preference for hard copy publicationsGo to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In.Once you are signed in, click on the My Account button at the top right of the page or the Access My Profile button on the Home page to take you to the Profile page.This will take you to the My Profile page. You can self-update your information on this page.To ensure that your updates are saved, click the Update button at the bottom of the page. Getting set up Confirming your Email Account Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign InOnce you're signed in, click on 'My Profile'On the blue field titled 'Your email requires confirmation', Click on 'Confirm Email'The page instructs you to 'Please check your email for confirmation instructions' and the nominated email address appears belowCheck your inbox for an email titled 'MyRANZCR Email Confirmation Reset'Open the email and Click on the underlined hyperlink 'Confirm Account' or copy the URL and paste into your browserOnce confirmed, the My Profile page will auto appear and a green alert will read 'Your email address has been confirmed successfully If you require further advice or support and would like to speak to a member of staff please contact the Member Services team
