Expressions of interest are being called for The Culture of Medicine Joint Faculty Working Group

The Culture of Medicine Joint Faculty Working Group includes representation from: 

• The Professional Practice Committees.
• Members with an interest in anti-harassment, bullying and discrimination behaviours.
• College trainees.
• Consumer representation.

The objective of the Working Group is to: 

• Review and update RANZCR policies and guidelines relating to anti-harassment, bullying and discrimination behaviour.
• Promote a standard of practice which includes a high standard of personal conduct which adheres to the law and is aligned with the RANZCR Code of Conduct.
• Identify existing resources and training as CPD for members aligned to the AMC and MCNZ requirements.
• Identify and develop CPD resources for fellows aligned with AMC/MCNZ requirements.

The term of membership is one (1) year with an option to renew.

The Chair is to be appointed by the Professional Practice Committees (FRO and FCR). 

Time Commitment  

Minimum of four (4) meetings per annum. Video conference meetings are encouraged.
