The Federal Government has delivered a disappointing Budget for diagnostic imaging patients.
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is very disappointed that the Government has failed to implement key election commitments to diagnostic imaging including the indexation of Medicare rebates alongside GPs and implementation of the Quality Framework reforms supporting quality in the imaging sector.
