The MRI Quality Program requires a practice to submit a package of specified MRI images generated by their MRI system to demonstrate that they are of diagnostic quality.
This program is available to sites with machines that have met the MRI clinical image review requirements by peer review at least once previously
A separate form for each MRI Site and/or machine is required for annual re-registration
