The 72nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists will be held virtually on Friday, 17 September, commencing at 1:30pm (AEST).
To facilitate the casting of votes before and during the meeting, the College has engaged the services of CorpVote (the provider of our electronic elections platform).
On Friday, 27 August eligible voting members (Fellow/Life members) received an email from CorpVote with the meeting paperwork and their unique login details. The Annual Report and Financial Report were then distributed separately on Friday, 10 September with a vote reminder.
Fellows and Life members are invited to view the meeting online and encouraged to submit any questions on the paperwork they would like addressed at the Annual General meeting by emailing Dr Lance Lawler, President, on This email address is being protected from spambots. Proxy voting opened on Friday, 27 August and closed at 1:30PM (AEST) on Wednesday, 15 September 2021 (in alignment with the requirements of Article 7).
Live voting will open at the commencement of the annual general meeting at 1:30PM (AEST) on Friday, 17 September 2021.
Eligible voting members may join the Annual General Meeting at 1:30PM (AEST) on Friday, 17 September 2021. The link to participate and vote live will be sent to members on the day and is available here. Please note this is a different platform to the virtual Annual Scientific Meeting and requires a separate login which is provided in the email from CorpVote.
