There are two major examinations in the Radiation Oncology Training Program.
Phase 1 The Phase 1 Examination consists of individual papers in 3 Oncology Science subjects to be delivered in an electronic format. Each paper will be of two hours duration and aligned to the RANZCR Learning Outcomes. Anatomy Radiation Oncology Physics Radiation and Cancer Biology Phase 2 The Phase 2 Examination consists of written (delivered in an electronic format) and viva (oral) examinations that assess a candidate's knowledge of the theoretical and practical basis of radiation oncology and pathology. It is usually taken in the final year of training.
